As an intern at Casamona, you will become part of a dynamic 2-person team in our office as well as a strong remote team. You will be working from a vibrant, professional coworking space by the harbor in Barcelona, sharing everyday work life with many other innovative companies. We help international clients buy vacation homes in Barcelona, manage renovations and interior design, and oversee approximately 20 rental properties. With us, you will enjoy a varied workday where you get hands-on experience across all areas of the business: • Sales & Client Outreach (40%): You will make calls to past clients, follow up on leads, and conduct in-person apartment viewings in Barcelona. • Properties & Databases (30%): You will search for hidden property gems on the market, work in our Sooprema database, and assist with the daily management of our 20 rental properties. • Marketing & Interior Design (20%): You will help capture property photos, draft listings, manage social media, and contribute to our renovation and interior design projects. • Administration & Operations (10%): You will learn contract basics and legal workflows while collaborating across both our on-site and remote teams. • Admin & Customer Communications: Handle incoming client inquiries, respond to buyer and renter emails, maintain our client database, and make follow-up calls to past clients.
• Property Viewings & Client Relations: Meet clients on-site in Barcelona to show apartments, answer property questions, and assist in onboarding buyers looking for vacation homes.
• Photography & Video Production: Visit our listing locations to take high-quality property photos, shoot video walkthroughs, and edit visual assets for our portfolio.
• Digital Marketing & Content: Manage social media channels, launch digital campaigns, draft property listings, and analyze market trends to drive lead generation.
• Interior Design & Property Management Support: Assist with property management for our ~20 rentals and support ongoing apartment renovation and staging projects.

• Fluent in English: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is essential. (Spanish skills are a strong plus).
• Outgoing & confident on the phone: Comfortable making calls to past and prospective clients, handling inquiries, and conducting apartment viewings.
• Independent & fast-thinking: You will work closely with our Bulgarian lead, who needs a proactive self-starter who thinks fast on their feet and takes initiative.
• Creative eye (bonus): Photography and video editing skills for visual property marketing are a great advantage.
